David Spears joined BrazeauSeller.LLP in 2005 to continue his employment and labour law practice after spending six years with the Toronto office of a large national firm.  David represents employers and employees in employment litigation, employment standards complaints, human rights proceedings, and occupational health and safety matters.  He also assists employers in developing and implementing a variety of workplace policies.

David has appeared before numerous arbitration boards, federal and provincial labour boards, and the PSLRB, human rights tribunals and other administrative tribunals.  In addition, he has appeared before courts in employment litigation.

David has a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of Waterloo and a law degree from the University of Windsor.  He is married and has one daughter.  When David has spare time, you can spot him on the golf course or, more likely, in the woods beside the course looking for his ball.
