Eli joined BrazeauSeller.LLP as an associate in 2010.  Eli was called to the Ontario Bar in 2007, and has since practiced exclusively in the area of commercial and residential real estate law.  Eli has experienced a great deal of transactional work, including the completion of purchases and sales, commercial financings, leasing negotiations and contracts, and condominium creation.

In addition to his transactional experience, Eli has successfully represented a number of clients at the City of Ottawa’s Committee of Adjustment.  At the Committee, Eli has dealt with matters such as permission applications, minor variances, and zoning disputes.

Over the course of his legal career, Eli has become involved with a number of charities in the National Capital Region.  In 2007, he chaired a corporate team for the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation’s “Run For The Cure”.  In 2008 and 2009, he coordinated a major corporate United Way Campaign, overseeing a project that generated well over $30,000 for the United Way each year.

Eli was born and raised in Windsor, Ontario, and permanently moved to his wife’s hometown (Ottawa) in 2005.  In his spare time, Eli enjoys jogging, discovering new music, following the Sens, and finding new ways to implement technology in law.
