Assistants | A founding partner of BrazeauSeller.LLP, Howard Yegendorf has practiced litigation exclusively since his call to the Ontario Bar in 1982. Howard has a broad range of experience that includes personal injury, insurance and commercial matters. He also provides advice on internet gaming matters.
Howard has been certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada as a Specialist in Civil Litigation. His expertise extends to every level of court in Ontario, having pleaded numerous cases in the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court and the Ontario Court of Appeal.
Putting client needs and service first, Howard believes his primary job is to deliver value. From the initial consultation, he focuses on a proper financial assessment of a litigation file. He is not averse to telling a prospective client that some litigation files are “just not worth spending your money on.” In addition to his litigation practice with BrazeauSeller.LLP, Howard also has a personal injury and insurance litigation practice with BrazeauSeller’s sister law firm, Howard Yegendorf & Associates.
Beyond his successful legal career, Howard is dedicated to supporting the community. He takes great pride in his volunteer work as president of the Tamir Foundation, a non-profit agency delivering residential and in-home services to developmentally challenged adults in Ottawa. He also supports and volunteers for Pinecrest Little League Baseball, the National Capital Amateur Football Association and the United Jewish Appeal.
