Victoria practises mainly in civil litigation, including corporate/commercial matters, construction liens, and condominium litigation. She is an effective advocate for her clients, achieving positive results in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Small Claims Court, and the Landlord and Tenant Board.

Victoria received her juris doctor degree (cum laude) from the University of Ottawa in 2012. While at the university, she was a teaching assistant for Legal Research and Writing and Alternative Dispute Resolution, both of which are courses taken in a law student’s first year. She also participated in the Dean’s Legal Research and Writing Fellowship, drafting a research memorandum for the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade regarding the interdiction of vessels engaged in human smuggling.

Victoria has continued as a teaching assistant at the University of Ottawa, teaching Estate Litigation and Trial Advocacy. She also acts as team leader for oral advocacy workshops with the Advocacy Club and mentors junior lawyers.

In addition to her law degree, Victoria earned a Bachelor of Arts with great distinction from McGill University in 2009.

Becoming involved in the community is especially important to Victoria. She serves as president on the board of directors for the Emily Murphy Non-Profit Housing Corporation.
