PROFILE

Howard has practised litigation exclusively since his call to the Ontario Bar in 1982, and is a founding partner of Brazeau Seller Law. He has a broad range of experience that includes personal injury, insurance, and commercial matters.

Howard has been certified by the Law Society of Ontario as a Specialist in Civil Litigation. His expertise extends to every level of court in Ontario, and he has pleaded numerous cases in the Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, and the Ontario Court of Appeal.

In addition to his litigation practice with Brazeau Seller Law, Howard has a personal injury and insurance litigation practice with our sister law firm, Yegendorf Rashid LLP.

Howard graduated from Concordia University in 1977 with a Bachelor of Arts in political science. He earned his law degree at the University of Ottawa in 1980. In 2006, he became a Chartered Insurance Professional with the Insurance Institute of Canada.
