EMPLOYMENT LAWYER

We are looking for a driven and experienced Employment Lawyer with a minimum of five years’ experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law with an emphasis on employer-side advice, and experience with employment litigation. You will work collaboratively with our corporate, private wealth, tax, litigation, and real estate teams to ensure the best outcomes and highest standards for our clients.

The ideal candidate will be experienced with:

• Providing expert legal advice to employers on employment standards, terminations, human rights, and occupational health and safety matters.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as employment agreements and workplace policies.
• Representing plaintiffs and defendants before courts and tribunals on wrongful dismissal claims, human rights proceedings, employment standards proceedings, and restrictive covenant litigation.

Salary Range:  $120,000 to $170,000 commensurate with experience
