Sunny is an Associate with Brazeau Seller Law whose practice focuses on civil and commercial disputes, including employment, real estate, and defamation matters. He advises and represents businesses, not-for-profit organizations, and individuals in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, court proceedings, and administrative tribunal matters.

He is known for providing practical, straightforward advice and working closely with clients to develop strategies that reflect their objectives, priorities, and tolerance for risk. Whether a matter can be resolved through negotiation or requires determined advocacy in court, Sunny focuses on helping clients navigate difficult situations with confidence and clarity. He strives to provide practical guidance, clear communication, and steady support throughout the legal process.

Prior to joining Brazeau Seller LLP, Sunny practiced at national and regional law firms and served as a staff lawyer with Legal Aid Saskatchewan. Throughout his career, he has represented clients at the federal and provincial courts, and a variety of administrative tribunals.

Sunny serves on the board of directors of Operation Come Home, an organization supporting youth experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

In his free time, Sunny enjoys exploring Ottawa’s neighbourhoods, restaurants, festivals, and live music scene, often with his dog, Hank. He is an avid record collector and can often be found searching for new additions to his collection or tinkering with his stereo system.
