PROFILE

Fatima joined Brazeau Seller Law as an Associate in 2025.

Fatima practices in the firm’s Real Estate Group, advising individuals, families, and businesses on real estate purchases, sales, refinancing, and property structuring.   She regularly represents clients in transactions involving corporations and trusts and works closely with lenders and advisors to ensure efficient, well-managed closings. She also collaborates with the firm’s Corporate and Wills and Estates groups where real estate transactions intersect with broader business and planning considerations. 

Originally from Hamilton, Ontario, Fatima moved to Ottawa to attend law school at the University of Ottawa.  Prior to law school, Fatima attended McMaster University for her Bachelor’s and Master’s in Global Economics. 

Outside of her practice, Fatima enjoys listening to podcasts, playing tennis, and staying engaged in Ottawa’s growing real estate and business community events.
